What we collect

When you use Multiday.tours we collect the minimum needed to show you accurate bundled prices. The search form sends your origin airport, destination, dates and party size to our own server, which then queries TourRadar for tour inventory and Kiwi.com for flight prices. We do not store your search input against any identifier.

Cookies and analytics

We run a self-hosted Umami analytics instance that records anonymised page views, referrers, and page-performance metrics. Umami does not use cookies and does not store any personal identifiers. We do not run Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — where people get stuck, what they click, what confuses them. Clarity sets first-party cookies (_clck, _clsk) so that the pages you visit in one sitting count as one visit rather than several. We have explicitly turned advertising storage off: nothing here is used to advertise to you, build a profile of you across other sites, or sold to anyone. If you'd rather not be included, block cookies for this site in your browser — everything will still work.

Email signups

If you sign up for our price-drop alerts we store three things: your email address, when you signed up, and which page you signed up from. That's the whole record. We use it to send you one email a month about real price movements — nothing else. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can write to hello@multiday.tours and we'll remove you straight away. We never sell the list or share it with anyone, including TourRadar and Kiwi.com.

Third parties

When you click through to book a tour you are handed off to TourRadar, and when you book a flight you are handed off to Kiwi.com. From that point their privacy policies apply, not ours.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request whatever data we hold on you and to ask us to delete it. Write to hello@multiday.tours and we'll respond within 30 days. In most cases we hold nothing personally identifying about you, so the answer will be "we hold nothing on you".

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the "last updated" date at the top.
